Consumer participation in Priority-driven Collaborative Cancer Research Scheme (PdCCRS)

Grant Review Committees

As part of our goal to meaningfully involve people affected by cancer into the agency’s work program, Cancer Australia has provided training to consumers in how to review the responses to the PdCCRS Questions for applications submitted to the Priority-driven Collaborative Cancer Research Scheme.

This training has been offerred  since 2008 and consumers are selected through a national, open, merit-based application process. The consumers receive training over two and half days.-Consumers trained in reviewing PdCCRS Questions  are eligible to participate as members of Cancer Australia’s  PdCCRS Grant Review Committees.

The call for Expression-of-Interest for consumer participation in Grant Review Committees for the 2016 Priority-driven Collaborative Cancer Research Scheme is now closed.
