The suggested follow-up schedule for asymptomatic women following treatment for early-stage low-risk endometrial cancer in Table 1. Early-stage low-risk is as identified by the treating gynaecological cancer multidisciplinary team.

This is an individualised care plan that contains the key follow-up elements and schedule required to provide ongoing comprehensive care to a woman who has received treatment for low-risk endometrial cancer. The plan is to be completed in collaboration with the woman, her specialist team and her general practitioner (GP). The plan will become active after review and agreement by the woman, GP and specialist.
