What are the symptoms of uterine sarcoma?

Symptoms of uterine sarcoma include bleeding between periods, after menopause, or with vaginal discharge; a mass or lump in the vagina; pelvic pain; and abdominal fullness, though these symptoms can also indicate other conditions.

The symptoms of uterine sarcoma include: 

  • bleeding between periods 
  • bleeding after menopause 
  • vaginal discharge 
  • a mass or lump in the vagina 
  • pain in the pelvic area 
  • a feeling of fullness in the belly. 

Many conditions can cause these symptoms, not just uterine sarcoma. If you have any of these symptoms or are worried, see your doctor. If you have vaginal bleeding after menopause, you should talk to your doctor.
