Menopausal symptoms can be particularly distressing for younger women. Most menopausal symptoms will resolve with time. However, for some women, the stress and emotional burden of menopause can be overwhelming.
What can help with stress?
It’s ok to ask for help. It can be helpful for women to tell those close to them about what is happening and how their symptoms make them feel. Support and understanding from others can be helpful in managing symptoms.
